Vision 2032

A group built for the decade ahead.

Three phases to FY2031–32: consolidate the materials core, scale the model across regions and categories, then operate as a four-engine conglomerate. Direction, not projections — no financial forecasts are published here.

The phases

Foundation, scale,
then conglomerate.

Select a phase to see what the group intends to build in that window. Everything described is planned, not completed.

FY2027–28Planned phase

Foundation

Consolidate the materials core — capacity, quality systems and supply reliability — and prove the integrated model on completed work.

Focus areas

  • PIPL: deliver Candeur and Pooja; progress Leighton and Aprupa; plan a second Hyderabad plant
  • Minerals: bring the Shamshabad crusher toward full utilisation
  • GGBS: secure financial closure, a plant site and a slag-supply tie-up
  • BrikBox: launch in Hyderabad and onboard trusted vendors
  • Exports: incorporate the proposed business and pursue initial shipments
  • BrikBuild: deliver Anaya Shankarpalli and take selective infrastructure contracts
  • Hospitality: establish the managed-rental model and convention-centre operations
  • Edge Colo: research only; no capacity or site claim
  • Group: website, vendor-registration phase, holding structure, CFO and KPI dashboard

Initiatives listed are planned and subject to approvals, capital availability and market conditions.

Companies

The ecosystem

How the engines connect.

Material flows one way, demand flows the other. The group's advantage is owning both ends of that loop without losing accountability in the middle.

Regional expansion

From one belt
outward.

Expansion is planned in rings: deepen the core, extend into adjacent districts, then open export corridors. Coverage shown is schematic, not a geographic claim.

01 — Core

Current

Hyderabad

Group headquarters, plants, crusher, Anaya and BrikBox form the current operating core.

02 — Phase 02

Planned

Vizag · Vijayawada · Bangalore

Planned concrete supply in Vizag, a BrikBox network in Vijayawada and villas with RMC in Bangalore.

03 — Phase 03

Planned

Goa · Coorg · global export lanes · tier-2 city

Planned Anaya locations, export lanes and an Edge Colo feasibility search; locations depend on demand and approvals.

Expansion is subject to statutory approvals, land and capacity availability.

Sustainability

Material choices with a long tail.

Emissions, water and waste targets are being formalised. Current measures are described without verified performance claims.

Manufactured sand

M-sand substitutes for river sand in concrete and plaster, reducing pressure on riverbed ecosystems.

Supplementary cementitious materials

GGBS replaces a portion of cement in mixes, lowering embodied carbon and hydration heat.

Water and dust management

Wet processing, sprinkling and paved haul routes are used to control dust and water use at plant and quarry.

Local sourcing and employment

Operations are staffed and supplied locally wherever capability exists, keeping value in the region.
